See what our veterans have to say
“My military experience has played a vital role in the success I've achieved in the corporate world and, specifically, at Bayer. It taught me strong leadership, teamwork, focus, and perseverance. These skills have been invaluable in leading the Consumer Health business in North America and enabling our team to drive growth and innovation.”
Dave Tomasi
President, Bayer Consumer Health North America and Army Veteran
“Having served in the Navy as a sailor, I've brought the values of teamwork, integrity, and having the right mindset into my career at Bayer, where I've had the opportunity to hold regional and global roles. My military experience taught me the importance of mutual trust and prioritizing the team, as success is only as strong as the team you're a part of.”
Angie Black
Production Management Systems Lead and Navy Veteran
“Since arriving at Bayer, I’ve been impressed by how the organization is driven to help others. The mission Health for all, Hunger for none truly resonates with me! When I took off my U.S. Air Force uniform after 28 years of service, I wanted to serve a cause rather than just have a job—Bayer has provided me with opportunities to continue to serve differently.”
Ken McQuiston
Sr. Supply Chain Strategy Project Lead and Air Force Veteran
"While in the Army, I worked in the medical field, and at Bayer, I've been working as an engineer. The leadership and people skills I gained in the military have been invaluable, teaching me that success depends on the team, not the individual. Both Bayer and the military prioritize people and share similar principles, which is why I've thrived here over the years."
Franklin Foose
Sr. Manager Operational Excellence and Army Veteran
“I started my career at Bayer in IT and Manufacturing Engineering. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to grow and develop my skills, and I'm now a proud supervisor of our Equipment Maintenance department. My background in Navy aviation maintenance has been a crucial factor in my success and has enabled me to grow as a leader.”
Jake Weidner
Maintenance Supervisor and Navy Veteran
